"Uncapped" BIS now capped at MTN

Recently moved to MTN using my 9300.
Purchased an uncapped BIS which turned to be capped.
I can't download anything on my phone, even a simple PDF file
poor service MTN Please improve
Its just unfortunate that your going to do that improving at a loss of many customers
Let me be the one of those you lost today.
