WHERE IS MY 2 GIG DATA FOR THIS MONTH?

I phoned in to the call centre to inquire about my 2 Gig data that should be added outomatically to my account every 30 days. It is already the 3 rd of Oct and still no show.
Service request Nr 53-T3Y2K-KMEI1. As yet I had no response from my service inquiry. Why must I beg Vodacom for my data that is fully paid. The glitch is on Vodacom's side. I hope this matter will be resolved urgently.
