Deducting money more than once

Debit order was put through for end of April and again end of May. Contact Stratcol give me REUNITE's telephone number. Phone on voicemail 1st time. Phone Stratcol again. consultant said she will phone me back re REUNITE response. Phone again and sent query on STRATCOL's website. still till today nothing.
Easy to deduct but hard to get money back.
