Deduct money twice without sending product

Money was deducted end of April and end of May for voucher which were apparently sold to me in December. Reply that I did not receive anything and why deductions was double. Said on Monday 03.06.2013 money will be refunded today 07.06.2013. nothing in my bank account as yet. when calling phone is cut off immediately.
