Terrible Service No Solution

I have had signal issues since I joined in April and I have previously complained on Hellopeter and numerous tickets with Cellc have been opened. Bianca Stirling and two other individuals have told me that I would be changed over to another network. This has still not happened. I have emailed Bianca on:

15 July
19July
26July
16 August
4 September
11 September
1 October

To this day I have not one email response from her. I would have to call everytime and then acknowledges the receipt of my mail but does not respond.

6 Months down the line I still have the same problem and no solution. Pathetic service.
