Poor response to complaint

After numerous calls to the help desk and finally placing a complaint here on Hellopeter, Bianca agreed to sort out my complaint personally. It was then passed back onto the person at help desk who handled my complaint originally and from whom I had no response. He wanted all sorts of details as to the nature of my complaint which I had already given to him, and then said he will investigate. The solution - Nashua Mobile will now charge me extra each month for the service that was supposed to be included in the original bundle. There is no response now from the person at help desk or Bianca as to how they think that is solving my problem. I feel that they do not accept my word even when its backed up with advertising material from Cell C as to what was included in my bundle. I cannot accept this attitude and wish for them either to fix the mess and refund what was previously charged or cancel my contract totally. How many times must one call, email and place complaints on Hellopeter to get them to fix a simple mix-up.
