Disgusting Customer Service!!

I have been waiting for help now for around 7 months from Bianca Stirling, which has now resulted in my account been handed over to legal. I am sick and tired of explaining my situation over and over again to different people at Nashua because Bianca isn't EVER available! She asked me months ago to send her an email about my issue so she could sort it out. So after sending her countless emails asking for a response as to whats happening with my account I have received NOTHING!!! Resulting my account being handed over to legal!! I demand immediate action to this matter!!!
