My iPhone 5's on/off button is working intermittently. It was send in for repairs to the Menlyn Vodacare under job number 9218778. The phone was returned to me not repaired, as the technician decided the button is operational and needs no repair. Vodacom's only answer to the complaint is that I need to send the phone in again to be repaired and that it will take another 7 to 21 days. For this period I will again have no phone. Although my monthly account with Vodacom varies between R3000 and R7500, there is no effort from any of its staff to assist me or offer an alternative solution.
