"Lack of communication / VERY POOR SERVICE

FEED BACK - My report sent in on the 3rd of June 2013. I complained about the lack of service, lack of communication from Nashua Mobile on the 3rd of June. I am still waiting for a call from the branch manager of Canal Walk, Bianca informed me telephonic-ally someone would be contacting me and assisting me in resolving my issue with my upgrade. To date, other than a standard one line apology and I quote "We really do not want you leaving our family and will try and assist you to the best of our capabilities" personal response, there has been no contact from Nashua Mobile since. Pathetic service made even worse by a promise to resolve an issue and still no contact. I will be moving my cell phone contract else where and so will my Daughter be moving her contract for the same issues - Blatant lack of communication. Bianca, please don't respond this time, your promises are meaningless!
P.S I still don't have a fax number to send Nashua Mobile my Termination of Subscriber Agreement - I did state in my first report the fax number reflecting on the agreement does not exist, this hasn't even been resolved!!!
