Abhorrent, shocking, non-existant client service

I have been waiting for Bianca S to adequately, completely and properly respond to my long-standing billing query with Nashua Mobile, but all she has done is make promises that she can't keep due to incompetence and a complete lack of client care.

For reasons known only to Nashua Mobile, my phone was cut off this morning, DESPITE the account being fully paid. I called three times, Bianca was not available, no client service manager was available and the last response was "they are all in a meeting."

I have been billed for two months in a row for a contract that I did not subscribe to, not a single person I have spoken to at Nashua Mobile can help and I keep being told "it's been referred to management". Bianca has not kept her promises, is unavailable on her dedicated line and is protected by call centre agents.

Each of the three times I called today, I was just put on hold until the call cut off. Shocking, shocking, shocking!

I have approached this billing error with politeness, and Nashua has responded with contempt for a loyal customer, broken promises, incompetence and cowardly behaviour.

When will someone senior take this matter seriously?
