I have upgraded my contact in January 2013, I have been experiencing problems with the Blackberry 9790 for a few months. I handed the device in at the Glen Branch on the 30th August, got the phone back in - 2 weeks, it was worse then before it went. I have emphasized on the urgency of me having thee phone back A.S.A.P. I even arranged with customer services to send a courier out to collect the phone which I have to pay R 70.00. In the meantime, I am without this phone but I am still being charged the BIS, cost of device; etc. I called this morning and spoke to Kobus who just said that the phone is still with the technicians, no urgency at all because me the customer can just carry on paying while NASHUAMOBILE is not the least bit concerned about the inconvenience this is causing me. I would like this to be treated as urgent and if somebody can speed up this process.
