EXTREMELY UPSET

My Phone was sent in for repairs from the Midrand branch, When the device was finished I received a message that I can come collect the device. While the device was being repaired i moved to Saldanha Bay and thus phoned customer care and requested that my phone be couriered to my home address. Ever since then I have never been clear with regards to where my phone was. on the 15th Jan I was phoned and informed that my device would be couriered to me within 5 to 7 days. I phoned today (20 Jan) to find out if it has been couriered yet only to find out that, once again, it cannot be determined where my phone is. The last consultant I spoke to told be that she contacted RTS (not sure exactly) I was expecting my phone to be delivered today or tomorrow.

This is really unacceptable. I have tried being patient and understanding up until now. I am very upset with the service I am receiving from Nashua Mobile. I would like if a SENIOR member at Nashua Mobile would contact me and explain to me that I have to fight for weeks to get back MY PROPERTY
