Dissapointed consumer with repairs

I upgraded my cellphone contract with Nashua Mobile in Feb 2013 and i got a blackberry bold 9900.

After aproximately 2 months it started giving problems and i took it back to Nashua. They tried to fix it and eventually decided to send it away.

It eventually ended up with me having to return it a total of four times. They gave me a new device and still i have problems.

after the last attempt to fix it, they downloaded the data on the device in order to upgrade it and send it back to me but they are having problems to restore the data.

Its now October 2013 and i am still without a proper working cellphone and as I am a Estate agent i am reliable on my phone.

i need to know what procedure and what consumer rights i have as a client.

i want to change over to a completely different device than a blackberry as i have lost my confidence in a blackberry.
