Billing long after Cancellation of Contract

I requested for my month-to-month contract to be terminated in June 2013, as I was switching to another network. I was told a 30 day notice period would be taking and so my last bill would be debited on 01/09/2013, which if calculated correctly, should actually have been in August 2013.
I was billed for July, the on 01/08/2013 AND 31/08/2013 and then AGAIN on 01/10/2013!!! This is utterly ridiculous! I am disgusted with the call centre and their lack of ability to help at all. Poor service!!
