I booked my phone in for repairs at MTN since the navigation key is not working.
I know my phone was water damaged and that was like a year ago but I wanted to check how much it can cost me for them to fix it.

I got a call saying I can fetch it. I was told they can't fix it because I voided the warranty, who doesn't know that?
Since I told them my navigation key is not working they decide to update the software, of I did it myself months ago. Now I cannot accept the T&C when I insert my SIM card. How am going to use my phone again?
They did what I didn't ask them to do. I want it to the state to booked it in. I don't care what you do. Am a loyal customer that pays every month for your service.
