NO DELIVERY, POOR AND POOREST SERVICE

I'm very irate regarding the treatment I have received from Vodacom, I have paid the money that was due on my monthly installment to Vodacom and my phone has been blocked since than whereby I can't make any call however I have paid my installment, Am very unhappy with the treating and would like to change my services to Vodacom.
