4 Weeks without mobile service

I have paid my cell phone account 4 weeks ago, but despite NUMEROUS calls and emails, my mobile service is still cancelled and I cannot make or receive any phone calls on my number. I am loosing money because of this but nobody at telkom seems to be able to do something about the problem. They are very friendly when I call, but my calls always end wityh many promises from their side and no results.
