I have a no device contract with Vodacom because I own my phone.

I understand that clients who get a phone with a contract pay a percentage fee included in their monthly installment to pay for their for device as part of the contract.

Why then, does Vodacom put up my "no device" contract installment (Talk 130) payment from R284 to R315 without notice if they did not provide me with a new phone.

What's more is that when I lodged an official complaint (ICASA's rules) through their official complaints department (and received an SMS telling me that someone would contact me within 24hrs) no one has yet contacted me 4 weeks later. I have even phoned again to raise this issue since.
