Order of internet stick

Good day,

Saturday coming 2 weeks ago I ordered a internet stick over the phone. I was promised this would be delivered to me within 3 - 7 working days. So on Tuesday the delivery came and this was only a sim card. I phoned Cell C and was told to call back the next day. I called back yesterday which they agreed to that this was mistake on their side and they will deliver the internet stick within 3 - 7 working days AGAIN!!! So this will come down to me waiting 4 weeks for a stick! I think this service and when you as a supplier makes a mistake you must fix it the same day.

Now for me to cancel this would be impossible and will go on for months!!!
