False information no feedback and loss of money

No internet so phoned Cell C direct with whom I have a contract and spoke to Smangele who 'sold' me a contract. Knowing Im in the mountains and reception is poor I asked for free standing modem and price - was told it was about R300-R400 - also was advised to wait to see if sim card would fit my Telkom router. Sim card arrived did not fit so drove 70km to cell c shop to learn that free standing modem costs R1399. I was forced to buy a stick as had no option. Came home to find that stick is not strong enough to open up email. Stick cost me on special R599. I then demanded refund from Cell C for the stick and also do not want to be debited for the internet contract of R189 per month. I was given a complaint no. 3081403032 on 14th 2 days after I submitted my complaint. Cell C has everything recorded so of course the would be picked up. I must say I have dealt with 2 wonderful people namely Elizabeth Ndima and Dam Dlamini who are doing everything in their power to help me. Yet nothing has happened.
