Speedstick not working and no help from CELL C

My fiance contacted your call centre after we bought a new PC and wanted to use the speedstick on there. The call centre requested the number of the sim and they confirmed everything is in order on the system and that we should go to a Cell C branch for them to look at it. We went to Canal walk branch and the consultant who assisted us tried to see why the stick was not working on our PC. He found that the stick could not connect to the internet. He informed we should download the driver for the stick and then it will work. Rushing home we downloaded the driver from our phones and placed it on the PC. Followed the instructions, but the speed stick still does not pick up on the PC. I call your Call centre about 3 times this week and each time wait 10-15 minutes for someone to even answer. We are tired of fighting to get our speedstick to work for which we paid a once off payment to receive 2gig every month for 12 months of which we only used maximum 6 gigs out of this. Basically we wasted our money as we were not able to use it. U can check your sysem to see how much we used of this stick. I would like feedback as to how this will be rectified. Thank u
