Stick your stick and internet

In May of this year I bought a sim card pre -loaded with 200 gigs of data from the cell c store in Richards bay boardwalk mall, asked the lady for a 3g speed stick to put the sim in, she replied that they were out of stock and I should try game stores. OK buy the speed stick from game (NOKIA CS19) put the sim in, connect to the internet, by the way do not advertise 3G internet when I have only ever had 3G once, its just bad form and dishonest. My Computer went in for repairs and now my speed stick does not work, Cell c tech support says I have to update the software, (how if I cant connect).phone them again from work and try and download the update from work, IT DOES NOT WORK.tech support advises me to go to the cell c store where it will be updated, CELL C STORE PERSONELL CAN NOT UPDATE YOUR STICK, I phoned cell c tech support from the store and they commiserated but advised me to go to Game where i bought the stick. Game cant help either.

1) Do not sell a service you do not intend to deliver.
2) Do not chase your cust. from shop to shop because you let the customer down
3) Do not take this out on your store staff as they really tried but you and your systems let the side down.
