You installed a device at my business for customers to use. This Wi-Fi device has not been working since installation (1 year ago). It should show on your end - no air time consumption - zero used! I tried contacting your customer hot line... definitely a cold line! This number is on the WI-Fi mobile device (081 180). Choose between 1 to 3... they have no bearing on the problem at hand... press 1... for heaven sake... I just want the matter after a year to be resolved!
