I called mtn notifying them that I have connection problems when I use my device at home. Was told that a query has been logged and some one will contact me in 96 working hours to set up an appointment to come and test the signal. How in this day and age can a company so big take 96 hours to contact a customer? Not impressed at all. It's pathetic to say the least.
