Poor customer care, pathetic actually

Electronics and household app.

I recently got a Samsung S4 a month ago and have been experiencing multiple problems, over heating, lagging, poor connectivity and a pathetic experience of this so called amazing device which I am paying a lot of money for. Their phone line is always engaged, online chats never work or you are just never answered. Emails are to specific to outline general problems. This international company is actually pathetic and this device does not live up to the high expectations set. After a few days of trying to contact you I have given up, this is pathetic.
