I have reported my problem to MTN on numerous times and no-one ever gets back to me and no solution is offered. I have a 3G package with them as I am unable to get broadband or wifi internet connection at my home.

My 3G connection works perfectly well after hours but during normal working hours (when I need it) I am simply not able to hold a connection or download speeds are so slow that nothing will open (yesterday it took me over 10 minutes to simply open the home page). This despite that fact the my phone shows that I do have good 3G signal.

The discrepancy between how well it functions after hours and it's non-functioning during working hours is a clear indication of an oversubscribed network. Unfortunately I have no option but to use MTN as they are the only ones with a decent signal in my vicinity but I feel cheated that I am paying for a service that I absolutely cannot use and they are not trying to offer a solution.
