I have been struggling with signal with Cell C at my house ever since I have taken the contract out, at the beginning of September I logged a complaint regarding the signal and I was told someone will contact me with 72 hours, a week later I phoned again and was told the problem is with the technical division and someone would contact me within 72 hours, once again a week later I had to phone and quote my reference number but still no one could help me at the moment and someone would contact me with an answer. I have phoned several times since then and still I have no indication on when and how they are going to sort out my problem with the signal at my house. I live 2 km away from the branch where i took out the contract yet I don't have signal at home in Brackenfell. I am fed up with the pathetic service I am receiving at the moment with no one even bothering to get back to me.
