MTN does not deliver

I all started on the 16th of February 2013. I contacted MTN via email because in my area I battle to get an edge connection with my MYN modem. The reason I needed the connection sorted out is because my daughter was due to do an evaluation on the internet.
To This MTN answered with an automated response saying my email had been received.
On The 18th of February I received an email saying that I should test my SIM in another handset or device and that my address is covered by 3G signal.
I Answered back saying that all my family battle with the signal.
The MTN answered with. Kindly note that the complaint has been logged for investigation, Reference number: 0051103 with a turn around time is within 96 working hours.
6th March I Made a query as to the status of my query.
MTN sent urgent request to coordinator.
4th April another query now almost 2 moths later.
MTN advised coordinator.
15th March another query. My daughter has now used a friends internet because my problem is not solved.
MTN on 15th March said coordinator will contact me. I am still waiting it is now 5th MAY 2013.

This is not Acceptable.
