Claim declined

My Blackberry phone was out of my car. I left my car being sure that it was locked, they used a "jammed" signal as I was locking it. When I got back, my phone was gone. I phoned Vodacom to blacklist the phone. I reported the incident at the SAPS. I opened a case, and I was brutally honest about what happened. I submitted the claim to cellsure and received the call back that my claim is declined and they are not going to replace my phone as there was no forced entry into the car. So much for my honesty!!! People all the time about their cell phone claims, but because I'm honest mine was declined!! I am so upset! Please, please help me!!!
