Great service from Lesego keikabile

I would like to say a word of thanks for the great service Lesego Keikabile delivered, she responded to my problem, the problem could not be sorted straight away as she needed activation from different dept. but she has confirmed with me that she will call me back within the morning hours, I really thought that it's the same old story again by saying I will call you and it never happens. I received the call from Lesego and she confirmed that everything is back and up and running. I first could not believe that she phoned me back and then I was so shocked that she could fixed the problem, after phoning yesterday and the other operators never care to assist me to sort out the problem in such a way. I really felt like a valuable client for Vodacom and was treated with respected as she addressed my problem on a polite manner. I would like to say that Lesego are keeping Vodacome name high and with this way how she treated me I will suggest Vodacom to any other person. ( Lesego myself as a client would like to say thanks for the great worker you are doing, keep it up and you will get far in life)
