Terrible customer service by MTN

All I want to do is blacklist my phone. I got mugged at knife point and I just want this episode to be over. I've been trying to blacklist my phone for over a WEEK! All I keep getting is back and forth with the MTN consultants and no-one is being helpful. Honestly why does it have to take so long???
