Account billed after cancellation

Hi Im writing on behalf of my father who had an account with Cybersmart last year, they have deducted subscriptions from his banking account after he had already cancelled his subscription due to poor service and reception.

He has emailed their offices numerous times and yet they have still failed to respond to him.

They owe him a couple of subscriptions that might not amount to much for someone that is employed but he is currently a pensioner and cannot afford unauthorised debits from his account.

I would really appreciate if Cybersmart could refund him the monies that he is owed and refund him for the bank charges that he had to pay when there were no monies available in his accounts.
