Cannot blacklist my phone

My phone was on Saturday night.
I phoned the call centre yesterday to blacklist my phone. According to them, they could not blacklist my phone as a result of a systems issue and that no one was around on a Sunday to fix the issue. I called the call centre again this morning, only for them to tell me the system cannot blacklist my phone but they will send me the relevant documentation so that I can blacklist it. It didn't come through. I have just called again, and the exact same thing has happened. After requesting to stay on the line to receive the email, I was told the email could take up to 30min to send. I don't believe this to be true. 30min later and still no email!
This is very frustrating. All I am requesting is to blacklist my phone.
