Blacklist ref numbe

My cellphone was on the 6th January 2013, on the 7th I faxed my blacklist request to there headoffice
a week later I phone to ask for the blacklist code that my Insurance required from me in order to settle the case.
then they say I need to fax a letterhead and my Id document witch I did immeditly. Then still nothing, yesterday my husband phone and they let me resend all the documents and gave me a new ref number 6144686. I need MTN to send me immediatly a blacklist number to submit to my claim. I need a cellphone asap
