Express Telecom approached me with an offer of 2 gig data package @ R139. Activated on 18 May 2012 after almost two month delay but on a 500 mb data at R249 pm. Lodged a query on 21 June 2012 no response. July 2013 bill is R 1 627.94, phoned Express Telecom and spoke to Adhir was advised to go to the MTN SP in Pavilion to request contract 15/07/13. Went to MTN SP at Pavilion on 16/7/13 and was advised that they wont have the information and that Express Telecoms should assist me. Spoke to the manager Andrew and advised him that I was being pushed to MTN SP by Express Telecoms and then by Express Telecoms to MTN SP. But they all part of the MTN group. On Thursday 18/7/13, my services was deactivated. Only activated again on late Sunday 21/7/13. Phoned Adhir to follow up if telehone recordings was requested as discussed last Wednesday (17/7/13) I was advised today that I need to send a formal request. This important fact only hit him today after my 10 Th call to him. faxed the letter immedaitely, Called him 2 hours later asked him the status - he advised me that only a supervisor can request the recordings. Where does this end and I want a credit note for the incorrect billings
