Horrible Call Center Experience!!

I ordered a new phone from Cell C on the 26th of September. I explained to the agent that I neeeded it urgently as my current phone broke completely. As an existing Cell C customer I was told that it will take 3-4 working days for delivery.
This morning at 8am Elizabeth at the call centre informed me it was only approved on the 30th and it hasnt even been processed to the delivery department but she will have the original sales lady phone me. So at 10am I phone again after no call back.
This time Warren takes my call to "assist" me. I have never ever received such a bad attitude from any call center agent in my life. I'm actually so disguised I feel like cancelling my order and my other contract with Cell C. I was treated like a stupid little child. I explain the whole scenario and I am in the wrong because that's not what his system is telling him. He also kept saying "obviously" like I understand nothing and refused to put me through to someone in a higher position. I am a paying customer and I deserve better service. I expect someone in a managerial position at Cell C to listen to the recorded conversation and to contact me today and sort this out.
