For the last couple of years I have been dealing with Cell C, what a disappointing experience, waste of money and time. There is just no urgency or proper customer care from their side. Not only do you hold between 20 to 40 minutes to speak to a call center agent that then passes the call from the one to the other. Using the internet whether it be on your phone or computer is an absolute nightmare, just to make a simple phone call can leave you so frustrated you sometimes just give up on making that call no matter how important. I run a business from my cell phone and miss more calls due to there bad network than what I take in one day. My office phone is with Cell C, my wife's phone and also my modem I use for the internet is Cell C, yet I use my spare Vodacom simcard more than I use my Cell C. I phoned them sometimes twice a day to no avail, I am just left being passed on to the technical department that promises to phone back or follow up on my complaint - I am still waiting for that call!!! I spend ample amounts of money every month with them, and yet they still seem to just not care. With the competition out there today one would think they will make more of an effort.
