Failure To Live Up To Promises

After taking out a new contract with Cell C, I was told by the Call Center operator who I was dealing with that the new contract was approved, the order had just been placed and that the phone would be delivered in the next 2 working days. 2 Working days pass and the phone has not yet arrived. I call back, and am now told that the order will be processed shortly, as well as being informed that the delivery will occur in a further 3 days. Combined with the abomination that are call centers, I have spent roughly 4 hours on the phone with no solution in sight.

As a small business owner, I find this unacceptable, as my contract with another service provider has expired and as such, my company has not been performing at peak efficiency. Unless Cell C can make up for the Promises that they failed to keep or keep incompetence off of their call center floors, they can expect no further business to come from my company.
