MTN load R100 airtime into my account on the 20th of each month. Last week I realised that I only have R8 in my account but I have never made any calls. I then contacted MTN and was told Mira Networks is billing me R7 a day for a subscription I made on 06/09/2013. I have never subsribed to anything and was for the first time I heard about Mira Networks. Why are they only billing me after the 20th if i subcribed on the 6th. I conducted this Mira Network and was told they are collecting on behalf on Flexiba. I then conducted Flexiba and the guy called Ian insisted that I have to send a written request for me to get proof of my subscription. Who is fooling who. Why can't Mira Network not confirm with the client before facilitating the illigal billing. Why is MTN not checking the validity of the so called subscription. Afterall I'm MTN's client. All my unhappines will be directed to MTN. I need MTN to refund my money or lose me as a customer.By the way I have already lodged formal complain with ICASA and WASPA
