It all started with my sim card being faulty, post going into a vodacom contact center at the Cavendish mall Cape Town, where I received terrible service, my line couldn't connect to the internet and that was followed by my line being inactive 2 day later. After being put through and getting called back by 7 different people, none of which could solve my problem and some rude managers, it finally got solved. 2 weeks later, start of the month & as part of my contract I receive airtime & data bundles, but for some reason this doesn't happen this month, the consultant who attended to my call says they can't see a record of data bundles being loaded on my phone since I started with this contract, which effectively means I have been imagining bundles being loaded for the past 9 months. 512 rands a month later, I would think my service provider would treat me as a valued customer but I seem to be just another number. I should start considering smaller service providers for better service.
