Waited for 31mins and then got cut off

I've tried to call the MTN call centre 3 times today. Each time waited over 30mins before I decided to hang up. The last time I called I got cut off before anyone could answer (at 32 minutes).

I am sick and tired of sub-standard service for ridiculous fees.
