Problem still not resolved

Since April I have been trying to resolve an incorrect billing issue, initially in respect of a cancelled Get it contract and subsequently the conversion from a contract to pre paid which was initiated by Cell C. After my last posting on this site I received an email from Ruth requesting an alternative contact number which I provided on 21 September 2013. However I have heard nothing further and my phone remains blocked.
