I cancelled a contract I applied for in October last year within the required time period of 5 working days and returned the phone and sim card as I know longer wanted the contract. Much to my surprise I received an invoice in January for over R400.

This was in respect of a phone I don't have and when the number on the invoice is phoned - a person that isn't myself. I have been trying to find out from you for three months why I am paying for this and to get my money back. Each time I phone I am told that it is still being investigated and that the number has been blocked.

The number has clearly not been blocked or the investigation resolved as payments are still being made in respect of the account - this time for over R1700 for March.

The service I have received in trying to resolve this matter has been disgusting. Cell C is taking my money every month and is not bothering to resolve this matter.
