Cell C is not resolving my issue

After submitting my complaint on HelloPeter on 4 September, and after posting a follow-up on 9 September, the agent assigned to my case eventually called me. We discussed the issue, and I told him what my satisfactory outcome would be. He agreed with me, understood my point, and undertook to resolve it to my satisfaction and call me back that day. After about 2 days of silence, I received an e-mail from him saying that nothing could be done, and suggesting a course of action that he had previously agreed with me was not a practical one. HE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO PHONE ME AND TALK TO ME, HE CHOSE RATHER TO HIDE BEHIND HIS E-MAIL.

I have subsequently sent him about 2 or 3 e-mails, all of which have gone unanswered. Cell C, through its allocated representative to me, ARE NOW CHOOSING TO IGNORE ME, IN THE HOPE THAT THE PROBLEM WILL GO AWAY. Can you believe such service and attitude?

My request and expectation through this posting is for a senior manager in Cell C to call me and resolve my issue, which was logged on 4 September (10 days ago), and which has not been resolved.
