Resolved Issue Sent To Debt Collection Agency

Cell C and I had an issue relating to the last month billing of a data contract in 2012. After much frustration, posting on this site, etc, It was finally resolved telephonically with Cell C, I even phoned back a few days later to CONFIRM that none of my accounts were in arrears. In December I was contacted by Kelebogile Dube from Norman Bissett claiming that Cell C has handed me over for an unpaid amount on that data contract.

? I have successfully paid up 3 contracts with Cell C and continue to pay my current contract, on time, every month as I have always done, now I am being viewed as a bad payer because of THEIR INCOMPETENCE... AGAIN.

I will never, ever again use Cell C for anything. This is really the last straw. Im busy trying to buy a house and now this pityfull excuse for a company is busy stuffing up my credit record that I have spend years building. Ive threatened legal action over this issue before, this time Im going through with it. Ive had enough.
