BLACKLISTED FOR CANCELLED CONTRACT 2 YEARS AGO

I cancelled my contract with Cell C 2 years ago!! Only to discover that they never terminated the contract and that they have been billing me for 2 years (without me knowing). The first time I heard anything about it was when a very rude male phoned me demanding over R1000-00 in back pay for my contract that was cancelled. I have sent through all proof of termination etc. and was promised that someone would contact me within 48 hours to discuss resolving this issue. It is now 14 days later and no-one has contacted me despite all my e-mails etc. All I want is for this to be resolved and my now "bad name" to be cleared!!! I will never use Cell C for anything again in my life and would encourage others to think very carefully before engaging in a contract with these people!
