MTN INCOMPETENCE

My contract with MTN ended on MAy 2013. As MTN was still charging me and providing me airtime I
struggle for the next few months getting them to stop. In july they confirmed that that the contract
was stopped. Yet in August and September the debit order has still gone off even after continued complaints. I think this is totally unacceptable behaviour from MTN and though their imcompetence it is costing me time and money to undo every month what should not be happening in the first place.
