I had a contract with MTN SP and expired then upgraded, now i lost my phone and blocked both the phone and the sim. Now i have claimed with my ensurer which i did get the phone and now when i am supposed to to my sim swap my details are no were to be found, it says client does not exist, Is your system that you need to change or it`s your agents. If it is your system have you considered using SAP solution manager? if it`s your agents please provide more training. Now i need my sim card ASAP.
