Dear Vodacom

Below is call logged with MTN service provide to have the below phone blocked. I bought another samsung phone in when entring my details on their site how the no. 0726242863 currently using the samsung S3, called the person and she cannot provide details where she bought the phone. please can we have this investigated and find who is using the no. via RICA system and have the phone blocked.

My phone has been and have reported matter to service provider and Police (itc ref. 13862478). I have logon to dive site and trying tracking my mobile but not gettig any joy, please can you assist with tracking my phone, IMEI no. 353165051883225, Product ID 6009697784877 SIM 2133191389
