I attemted to do a sim swap on my sim card which I lost three months ago but because I couldn't remember how much airtme I put in my phone 3 MONTHS AGO!! I was told I need to get a affidavit stating that I lost my sim card and don't remember how any details. I was told once I fax the affidavit through the sim swap would take place immediately (Zanele Mazibuko). The next morning when I was faxed the affidavit through Garth Nagel then told me it would take three to four hours. When I queried this he basically informed me that it was not his problem and the system is the system. his attitude was very bad. I have always enjoyed my service from MTN but this time as well as when I called in on the the 18th February I have noticed that MTN call centre agents have a very arrogant air about them. Could MTN please send these guys for training on Customer service and business decorum. You can't train them how to be tactful, that's simply common sense.
